Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products and services provided by Soft-KS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any business you register.

2. Licences & permitted use

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it according to your chosen plan, including its number of seats (activations). You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our software except where the law expressly allows.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) by card, or activated by us on receipt of a bank transfer. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your licence stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us — we aim to be fair.

5. Custom development services

For custom projects, scope, deliverables and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or services unlawfully, to disrupt or compromise their security, or to infringe the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in our software, branding and website remain with Soft-KS, except for the licence and ownership rights expressly granted to you in these Terms.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We work hard to keep everything running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft-KS will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the affected products and services ends, while clauses that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kosovo, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
